Hi Sandra, we are extremely sorry for your experience with the previous company Bright Eyes Contacts. During 2018 they had a lot of fulfillment issues and products being seized and thus are no longer a company. Hi Carmen - please reach out to us at [email protected] and we will do our best to fix your issue. Shipping is something we often cannot control and have no knowledge of whether the item has been seized by customs or not delivered.
