My family, and I were strong supporters of Opt7 an spent tons of money on there products BUT in mid June of 2020, I wrote an email about a some replacement bulbs, several emails later, no response, and here we are in a new year an March, they finally, finally wrote me back BUT fed me lies, would NOT service my warranty headlights or atleast give me a chance to buy replacement bulbs for my headlights BUT instead gave me a fake lazy response, nothing they can do. This company is bunch of fraudsters, liars, manipulators, greedy, evil, and horrible customer service response, several months later. Don't, DON'T buy there products, there a very fraudulent company an they break there promises an provide NO back up replacement headlight bulbs. They make excuses an absolute lies for there actions...Save your money an go to another company that is reputable an honest, and NOT back stab liars like Opt7.

Forced to give it a star. Opt7 Don’t waste your money on the tail gate sequential light bar. This is my third one that I’ve tried to hook up.two of them were on my 2019 F150 and now on my new 2020 F250 super duty I must be a slow learner. I’ve spent almost six hours trying to get it to work. Plug and play is useless. Ive tried to wire to each tail light and that still didn’t work. So I went underneath my truck to hard wire to the hitch connection. Followed the instruction to the tee and got nothing. Their is no one to talk to.only live chat. Good luck with that. They keep sending me videos that are very amateur. And Ive already seen them on u-tube. I tried to hook it into my neighbors 2021 Chevy Tahoe and got the same results. One red light strip. This item is apparently made for older vehicles. Truly this company must be aware if this problem and should point this out before one orders their product. Or the product itself is suffering quality control. What ever the problem is,I refuse to pay some electrical professional to install it for me. It’s supposed to be plug in play. Please do not waste your time on this. You could end up getting divorced over it.

Avoid doing business with these clowns as if your life depended on it. After buying two Red Line light bars, one went bad after a few months. All I wanted to do was exchange it for a good one and all I got was the run around. There is no phone contact so you are left e-mailing which takes forever or the "Live Chat" which only works if there is someone to "Chat" with. I waited forever befor finally getting an RMA number and shipping address. The returned item was mysteriously lost so now I have nothing plus I'm out the $30.00 it cost to ship. They won't even send me my original invoice so I can't even make a claim with UPS to recover my costs. Worst excuse for business I have ever experienced. Lots of negative reviews.Go somewhere else and save yourself a lot of aggravation.

I ordered 4' whip lights. They sent damaged ,missing parts that were 5'. I sent pictures with a tape measure showing they were 5'. Their Customer Service Rep told me they don't sell 5' whips. I resent pictures to show tape measure next to whips. I am returning for a refund. The box came opened on one end. The wiring harness was missing. What a terrible company. I will never do business with them again.

This place should not even claim to have " customer service". It is non existent!! No way to speak with someone while you are trouble shooting an issue. No phone!! Whoever heard of this crap? All I wanted to know was which wire controlled the back up function on their light bar while trying to hard wire it. No place to turn. Wish I had never ordered from this crap place!!

Company canceled my order without first contacting me first with no explanation just an automated email saying it was canceled. No phone number listed only an email. I emailed them about it and this was the response I recieved: "OPT7 has completed the review of the selected order and regrettably we could not ship the order given the information entered at the time of check out. Certain indicators or flags led the database to label the order as risky, some common risks are listed below: 1. Billing and Shipping Addresses do not match; ensure shipping matches billing 2. Expedited Shipping; generally, when combined with other risk factors 3. Our payment processor’s risk system flagged the order; contact us for details 4. Billing Address is not correct; ensure your billing address is up to date 5. Non-US Issued Card 6. Shipment address is a Freight Forwarding Address 7. Unable to process international orders aside from Canada I am sorry for this experience. I would highly recommend purchasing through Ebay since they are equipped with a system that can take care of orders such as this. Here is the link to the Opt-7 Ebay store: (removed link due to review site policy) So ok I figured the issue was billing and shipping address didn't match considering I live in florida but am currently visiting my parents in ny... I've had similar issues before with other companies but after talking to a representative normally they would be able to verify that there was no fraud involved and they'll ship. I explained the situation and mentioned the fact that there is nothing in their shipping policy against it on their website as well. They responded: "We would surely like to process your order however our database is showing indications of an order we are not able to process. Please do purchase the item through our eBay store, here (deleted link due to review site policy) Should you have more questions, please let us know. We will be happy to assist you! Have a nice day!" I then emailed them again that I ordered direct because I had a coupon code that would not be applied otherwise and I would only purchase direct due to it and that they would lose this sale. I got no response from the company after that. My guess is they were trying to weasle out if their promotion and avoid selling their product at the discounted price. Then after reading other reviews from external sources that they will not honor their warranty if the sale is from a 3rd party site which if you haven't noticed every one of their responses are trying to push you toward their ebay store. I have read multiple reviews with people having issue with product failure in under a year.

I would not even give them a star but had too.. If you are thinking about hid headlight try another company..since day 1 of purchasing opt7 hid headlight nothing but headlight problems..i have never had a such a hard time with headlights not working correctly I have had them for 4 month and there hasn't been a day where both headlights are working correctly.. And they were professionally installed with relay and anti-flickers. ,and out of box 1 did not work..waited 2 weeks for replacement..ive asked for replacement or money back ....no reply ,so maybe choose another company........thanks opt7 👎👎 bad buisness..
