Had problems with the firmware upgrade on the 105s. After several emails and then finally a Skype video call, the problem was resolved by a simple computer cursor field re-position during the MTKtool software firmware upload. They will update the instructions to ensure this is noted.

Successfully applied jailbreak on a BDP-105D (AU). After payment was made, received the initial jailbreak software and detailed instructions within hours. Once I confirmed that the firmware was applied, I received the activation file in a few hours. Had a slight issue with the blu-ray multi-region feature which was promptly resolved with the excellent help of the customer service contact. Now I can enjoy the full potential of my player, very pleased.
