To day i ring my bank ask my money back from Opodo they without my permission take £99,99 out they said ask them cancel you membership and bank asking back this money also they said you can contact solicitor act behalf of you and they said opodo doing many costumers we get lots of complaints for Opodo I ring Opodo lady name neomi she said I can’t refund £99,99 pounds but I can £50 pounds and £ 45 pounds voucher return to you I refused she said wee sent you notifications for membership I never received and I said if you sent me notifications I didn’t confirm you should don’t take money without my permission . Thinks about if they do 1000 costumes for charge £99,99 pounds it’s making £100.000 pounds I’m asking who’s going stopped this fraud taking money without permission from the people? I’m protesting this company they last year taking money from my account and this year to I blocked my cards to them not to take money from my accounts last year they said they will return £50 pounds plus vouchers but never did: this year i have get rent a car from them they said discount ed never discount ed i asked other company couple hours later £11 pounds was cheaper per days I am strongly protesting opodo to refund my £99,99 pounds without my permission they take out Please be aware this company?

Total scam of a company. Put me on an autorenewal without me realising, sent no emails saying they were going to take money from me (have checked Spam too). I contacted them the next day after they charged my card and they have refused to refund. They suggested I instead use the benefits of the membership- told them I am pregnant and cannot travel so not really an option! Totally unethical bheaviour - stay far far away. I am now contacting the Financial Ombudsman.

Das ist der schlechteste Support, den ich je erleben durfte, wenn man das überhaupt Support nennen darf. Abgesehen davon, dass mein Anliegen gelöst worden ist hatte eben einen dran gehabt der echt gar nicht ging… Die Art, wie er mit mir kommuniziert hat, ist unprofessionell und unfreundlich. So jemand ist fehl am Platz und und wird weiterhin die Kundenzufriedenheit senken. Ich bin einfach nur froh darüber, dass ich mein Abonnement gekündigt habe bei ein Haufen Mitarbeiter, die von nichts Ahnung haben. Ps das Telefonat fand ab 09:16 uhr statt.

I made a complaint about automatic subscriptions that I discovered after three years - after being unaware of being signed up for repeat subscriptions. Opodo justified their decision because they had given me all the relevant information in emails. Yes, I had not taken care to read emails from Opodo, but still feel aggrieved that no refund was made after not having used any element of my annual subscription (£89.99). I pointed out in my complaint that government has drawn up guidelines to prevent subscription strategies that trap people into paying subscription fees but no accommodation for this was offered in the way of refunds. Unfortunately for me, these measures don't come into force until Jan 2027. Simply because these measures are not yet in force, Opodo's response to my complaint appears to reveal sharp practice in their business operations. I will never book tickets etc via Opodo again and my advice to others would be to avoid Opodo or, if using Opodo to read any small text carefully before making a booking and read emails very carefully.

La mia esperienza con questo intermediario è stata assolutamente terrificante e, sinceramente, mi sono sentito truffato. Non vedo alcun reale vantaggio nell'utilizzare questo servizio. Al contrario, durante l'acquisto del biglietto aereo, il sistema mi ha attirato proponendomi una prova gratuita del servizio. Ho accettato proprio perché mi interessava semplicemente provare il servizio, senza intenzione di sottoscrivere un abbonamento annuale. La prova gratuita, però, di fatto non è avvenuta: mi sono ritrovato con un addebito di circa 100 euro per un abbonamento annuale, che non era ciò che intendevo acquistare. Inoltre, mi è stato proposto e fatto pagare un servizio di early check-in, presentato come un servizio che avrebbe consentito di effettuare il check-in anticipatamente. Anche in questo caso il servizio non è stato effettuato e, nonostante ciò, non ho ricevuto alcun rimborso della somma pagata. Trovo tutto questo estremamente scorretto e poco trasparente. Mi sono stati addebitati soldi per servizi che non avevo intenzione di acquistare o che, comunque, non mi sono stati effettivamente forniti. Chiedo pertanto il rimborso delle somme indebitamente addebitate, compreso l'importo dell'abbonamento annuale e quello relativo all'early check-in non effettuato. Mi riservo inoltre di segnalare questa modalità di vendita agli organismi competenti qualora non venga fornita una soluzione tempestiva e soddisfacente. Ritengo che un servizio debba essere chiaro e trasparente, soprattutto quando comporta addebiti economici. In questo caso, invece, mi sono sentito indotto ad accettare qualcosa che credevo fosse una semplice prova gratuita e mi sono ritrovato a pagare quasi 100 euro per un abbonamento annuale che non volevo. Attendo quindi il rimborso e un chiarimento formale sulla vicenda.

Abzocke mit dem Abo. Im Account wird das Folgeabo nicht angekündigt. Es gibt eine perfide Einstellung, die eine vorherige Ankündigung über die Verlängerung abschaltet. Unternehmen die sich so verhalten, sind nicht an ihrer eigentlichen Dienstleistung interessiert, sondern nur daran die Kunden durch betrugsnahes Verhalten das Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehen. Nie wieder Opodo!

Some flights I booked were cancelled and opodo did not refund me as 'the discount provided was greater than the refunded amount provided by the airline'. Complete scam. I also booked some accommodation (private apartment rather than hotel) and had to contact the accommodation owner as I had not received access details on the day of the booking. They responded to say that they had no record of the booking, had never heard of Opodo, and were unable to honour it (accommodation was already occupied on that date). It is now 6 weeks and counting, around 6 hours spend on phone/chats to Opodo and I still have not received a refund. If you have Opodo Prime membership I urge you to CANCEL IT NOW!

Leider aktualisiert Opodo Prime die geänderten Flüge nicht. Das heißt Umbuchen wird nicht angezeigt und die App arbeitet weiter mit eigentlich stornierten Flügen. Die telefonischen Kontakte sind freundlich, aber können nichts tun! Für mich leider auch eine große Abo- Falle und Abzocke
