I think this is a scam, I called the number provided on website, no answers until one day a lady picked up n says this number does not belong to this company. I went down to the address provided on website at Marina Square, no where to be found. Fake phone number n fake address. Be careful!

The seller states a delivery time of 15 days. After two months, the device has still not been delivered. Never again!

Hello to everyone everywhere. I have very bad experience with Ophthalmetry optical . I ordered last year Titmus V4 vision screener And I paid the full amount via bank transfer unfortunately I have not received my item so far,I been dealing with them to get my item or to get refund for the last six months,even they provided to me tracking number with Miranda Cargo (looks like a fake company). Therefor I am advising any one on the world to avoid dealing with them. The transaction was via Revolut Bank, which they are very poor to helping me to get my refund.
