This company is a SCAM….DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered Dr. Martens Mary Jane shoes and they were definitely not authentic. First of all, they came from China…Dr. Martens are made in England. The shoes are vinyl or plastic but definitely not leather. The buckles are silver not bronze and they don’t feel or look like Dr. Martens. Also, they arrived in a plastic bag…no box or tags on them. BEWARE…YOU’ll BE SORRY!!

I received my order, they sent the wrong size, so I reached out to customer service. What a joke! They only have email, and they just gave me the run around, offered 15% off if I just kept the shoes that were the wrong size, and then they ghosted me! Terrible company, never order from them! I got no refund, or the right size shoe.

FAKE WEBSITE. No real customer service. Customer service number is sent to a random lady’s voicemail. Headquarters in china. Posing as a store in NY. They are not in NY. Dealing with this has been a complete nightmare. I immediately realized that I had purchased from a scam site and tried to get a refund. Impossible. They sent a return form, without even sending my items or even a tracking number, return form is ridiculous, no return label, and is sent to the United Kingdom. Complete scam.

I found the exact shoe I was looking for at the best price - unbeatable, actually. EDIT - too good to be true. Counterfeit Doc Martens, working with my bank to get a refund. Buyer beware.

I haven't received my order as of yet; however, the purchasing process was seamless. I am looking forward to receiving my order. The only thing I would alter would be being able to choose my shipping preference when checking out after doing a paypal purchase. Once I chose paypal, I wasn't able to go back and pick if I wanted a different kind of shipping. I am only doing this review because I was prompted to do so with a 50% discount off of my order (which was a trick because it wasn't off of my current order as the prompt said I would get 50% back, and they wanted me to use the code within the next 24 hours...SCAM). I hope my order actually arrives! So my order arrived, however the shoes do not look like the picture. I can't wear them because the heel is not on the same plane as the front of the shoe! I am so disappointed and spent too much not to be able to wear these. Not to mention the color isn't even the same color as the picture. I have definitely learned my lesson.

The boots I ordered were not the boots I received and they refused to send a prepaid shipping label and provide a refund. These boots are a lesser quality knock off for a more stylish looking boot. They took nearly 3 weeks to receive. I think it's a drop shipping company selling bad look a like products. I had to file a dispute with my credit card to get a refund. I will never shop here again and wouldn't recommend.

Ordered shoes. Never received confirmation of order or tracking number. Been waiting almost two weeks and have not received the package. All attempts to contact seller has failed.
