OperanewyorkReviews of operanewyork.store

I received the shoes I ordered but I was not pleased with the quality and the size was a little big. I have tried to process a return but the store stopped communicating with me and never sent me a return label. Do not order if you want the option to return.

Sent the wrong color shoes. Very poor construction. Do not waste your money.

The shipping took weeks - even though it said it was express. The wrong pair of boots were delivered - look absolutely nothing line the picture. They wont offer a reimbursement or store credit, not that I would ever shop here again. The products come from China- not new york. Fraud company selling products that are not the picture. Absolutely ridiculous. Waste of time and money.

SCAM SCAM SCAM! The shoes i bought ran small and when i asked for an exchange the AI ROBOT didn't understand. I tried every contact form and left a voice mail and im still waiting on information for an exchange which is allowed based off the information on their website. At this point this place feels like a SCAM. Do not waste your money.

I purchased shoes from OperaNY that were marketed as orthopedic. When I received them I found that they were quite painful and I contacted the company right away to request a return. Since then it has been several weeks and multiple emails- including their requirement that I send photos of the shoes- inside, outside, with a measuring tape, and on my foot. I tried on these shoes 2 times (once for their photo)- other than that they have never been worn and are in their original packaging. OperaNY’s decision is that I can “exchange” these shoes for a $15 fee, in addition to covering the cost to ship the shoes to their return facility in the UK (this is a NY based company). Together this will cost more than I paid for these shoes. This is their customer service for someone in their 60’s, trying to purchase orthopedic shoes. I feel duped and hope I can prevent others from making the same mistake.

DO NOT order from this store. They use stock photos of their clothing and will send something totally different from a factory that they have never even seen before. When I tried to return my item because it was a completely different shape and was misrepresented online, they refused to just give me a prepaid shipping label to return it despite it being misleading. It is SHEIN level quality and has a higher price point. Dont bother.

I have had the same experience as most you left 1 star. Shoes did not fit and I am getting the run around from Aria the “customer Service team”. Tried to report to BBB but company doesn’t exist surprise! No 50% refund as promised after reporting to PayPal. Out $50 bucks!

It's scam!!!
