The communication is great up until…
The communication is great up until your furniture is picked up. Once they have your stuff it all changes. They don't return your calls. They don't deliver on the day that was prearranged. My stuff was supposed to be delivered 3-26-24. They delivered on Easter Sunday 3-31-24 and several pieces of furniture were damaged. The claim process in a nightmare and they only cover 60 cents on the pound of the item. I would not use these people.

Hello Mr. Fargo. We’re sorry you feel that way, but let me clarify couple couple of things. A record show we contacted you about delivery for updates about seven times. There was no guarantee delivery date on your move. It was a standards contract up to 30 business days delivery. For any guaranteed move, you will need to sign up with a PGS delivery. With that said getting your items five days after the required date out of California to Texas it’s extremely fast speed. The usual transition time from the Ready date to delivery delivery takes more than two weeks for any company. And you can check that out if you don’t believe us. Regarding the insurance, every client has an option of purchasing additional insurance or bringing their own insurance. You chosen to use the FREE Insurance that we provide That was given to you with no additional cost. That is the reason that it covers so little because it’s a basic DOT requirements insurance. Again everything we have stated in this response is verifiable on your bill of lading the department of transportation, website, and all the other available resources. We are truly sorry you feel that way But I believe we perform this Move with the utmost diligence and care. Thank you for your feedback
