Danny has made a huge difference in our son's SAT journey. Compared to the progress that he was able to make on his own, his results started soaring already with the first session with Danny. The sessions supported him both in terms of content and process. Clear explanations and competent review of certain subject areas made him prepared in a more balanced way. A super efficient feedback system and a well thought-out preparation schedule helped him make progress much faster than he originally thought was possible. The tips and tricks came as a bonus, but undoubtedly added to his competence level on the exam day. He reached his target score on the first retake after starting the sessions with Danny and is happy enjoying his stress-free summer since then. A real gift for everyone in the family!

I walked away from every session with a new tool or strategy under my belt and improved confidence in my abilities for my upcoming test. Sean was super understanding and always ready to help me with anything I needed, and I feel so lucky to have had him as my tutor.

Danny worked closely with our daughter on SAT prep. In addition to bringing her scores up, she also made improvements in her study skills and her math class at school. We feel like Danny provided a truly tailored experience with the desire to meet our daughter where she was and then guide, challenge, and encourage her to a better place. I highly recommend.

We are thrilled with the results our daughter achieved after working with Danny from Open Path Tutoring! From the very first session, it was clear that Danny was not only knowledgeable but also genuinely invested in my daughter’s success. He provided a personalized study plan that built on her existing strengths while addressing areas for improvement. Danny was very patient and encouraging, creating a supportive environment where my daughter felt comfortable asking questions. His test-taking strategies were invaluable, and we especially appreciated the practice tests that helped simulate the real exam experience. The strategies Danny shared for tackling the math section of the test were particularly helpful and made a significant difference in her final score. With his help, my daughter achieved the score she was aiming for and also developed a greater understanding of the test-taking process. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would highly recommend Danny Pernik to anyone seeking an SAT tutor.

It was also very easy to reschedule and find new dates that worked. I really appreciated the flexibility and patience shown, especially over holidays and breaks where schedules can be a little more unpredictable. I found the teaching format to be very helpful, especially for math because the answers weren't just handed to me. Overall I had a very good experience being tutored with no complaints.

We had a phenomenal experience with Open Path Tutoring! Danny was very responsive to all of our questions, from scheduling to logistics to content. Every step of the way was incredibly easy, and once we had the schedule set up, Danny's sessions were fantastic. My son's feedback about working with Danny includes that he is very efficient with his time while still being friendly and easy to talk to. He really liked Danny's unique system to help identify and target the areas he needed the most work on, and he really appreciated Danny's skill at helping him refresh his knowledge in those areas. His favorite part of working with Danny was how encouraging and supportive Danny was, every step of the way. I can vouch for this encouragement because Danny checked in both before his SAT tests with great advice about how to manage the night before and day of testing, and also after the tests to hear how my son felt about his test. From start to finish, Danny and Open Path Tutoring exceeded all of our expectations and my only regret was that we didn't start working with him much earlier in the process so we could have had more time with him!

It was engaging and personalized. We focused on the things I was struggling with the most and also improved subjects I was doing well with even more. I was able to successfully accomplish my goals with the help I received.

This is overall a great service. The tutors are friendly and easy to talk to, they make sure to go over content that you are weak in, and they give very helpful tips in order to improve your skills in these weak areas. Overall fantastic and very useful!
