Just set up OpenNode for my business and everything works perfect on chain or lightning. I think most are disgruntled on here because they either have not passed KYC or not being compliant or not aware that they have a 200,000 sats min for withdrawals on chain but that’s not a lot even for a small business. It’s bridged payment solutions for me and so far I’ve had no issues. Of course you have to pass KYC and that’s standard so I thought I’d give them the rating that they deserve which is 5stars!

I would say it's a dead platform. In other words, it's a scam platform. There is no way to contact the customer service, literally no way. You can't even know if your account is verified or not. You will lose all your money

Don't deal with them! They are scammers and racist. Banned me and embezzled my money for being a Russian!

Virtually impossible to get an account set up. Even after contacting customer service and being told our account would be set up, it never was and we never heard back after sending emails and chats. I agree with the other reviews, the customer service is atrocious.

Customer service is unresponsive. Regaining access to my account was not possible. Finally, it seems like they even stole some of our funds. Not recommended.

Was told a payment was confirmed but website wasn't updating. Support has been unresponsive for 5 days, completely unacceptable for a payment processor.
