An MSP platform built on opensource - I had to give it a go! There's a client side AI chatbot, Fae, which is helpful for local troubleshooting - and a chatbot for the platform itself Mingo, which is helpful for technical queries in general or for querying the machines you've installed it on. You get some inbuilt scripts you can run, things like network speed tests, or installed antiV products. The remote desktop ability is good and stable. They're bringing in a documentation module which should be super helpful, and I think Billing too. It's still in Beta and the devs are v responsive to tweaks etc. If this can replace my various apps that do one thing, with a platform that does it all, I'll be paying for it when it's out of Beta.
