Don't give them your passwords.
I have 3 reasons for this review of a faulty CRM connector: 1) I'm not giving you a password for my production server so that you could mess around and potentially download important business data 2) I'm not giving you a password to my CRM so that you could see my customers' data (and you don't even need to be a hacker to get in! Easy, huh?) 3) I'm not spinning up a dev server to incur more costs. Anybody who is managing a business website should consider its safety and security before everything else. Don't give access to people who are not your employees!
