Everything arrived quickly. The unit seems to be something that will last. But, like most things we seem to get, the long term storage provided with the unit is sized much too small to fit everything back in unless it's all machine folded & rolled. Just charge $20 more and make the bags and boxes a little bigger. The instructions also assume that someone has already zipped the screen into the inflatable frame, rather than providing that instruction.

Thank you for your feedback Tim! Your advise is carefully noted. We'll discuss this within the team and consider upgrading the storage

I would recommend Open Air Cinema to anyone wanting an amazing outdoor set up. When I called to get additional information, I had the pleasure of speaking with Stuart. He was so kind and explained everything thoroughly between the different packages. Stuart has great customer service and I appreciate the time he spent with me to go over all of my questions. We are so pleased with our system. Thank you Stuart!

Staff knowledge and assistance was the key reason I purchased from your company. We have yet to use our screen, but I truly have no concerns about that part either. Can't wait to get started!!! Thank you so very much for your guidance through the purchasing process. Sara

Easy setup. Great overall. My only suggestions would be to have a more stable base, use vinyl instead of nylon, and use a ps4 or something with more capability than the provided dvd player.
Response from Open Air CinemaOct 7, 2020
Hi, William! Thank you for taking time to review the product! We do offer screens made of vinyl in our Pro lineup. The high density Nylon that we use to build our Home screens, proved to be really durable and yet lightweight, so we decided to use it for the base as well. We do have Gaming media console option available with PS4 upon request, however a Wi-fi equipped Blu-ray player that we supply standardly with Open Air Cinema systems satisfy most customers demands.

The product is awesome. The logistics were... Well, kind of disappointing. About 3 weeks of delay. Nonetheless, Nicolas from Customer Care has been very helpful. Happy with the product, not so much with the delivery process. Steven

Thank you for your kind words Steven! We are doing our best to ship the products as soon as possible, which is not that easy in the new global pandemic circumstances. Please let us know if we can compensate your late shipment disappointment in any convenient way. Thanks! Nicholas
