What a typical business! Here's what they did to me: 1. They introduced an overpack box for $99 and said that delivery would cost $15 on their live show. I went ahead and ordered the package, but two days later I saw I had been charged $40 for shipping. I messaged them to inquire why, but they were unable to respond. Then they said, "We refund you," and we shut down your account. (How professional) 2. Their overstock box is always filled with garbage. 3. The customer service personnel is terrible.

For some reason everytime you make a purchase they want a phone number!!! My only guess to that is the dirt bag owner Lin Miao up to some scam or what not ,dude should be rotting in a prison cell go pull your scams in china and stop targeting minorities dirt bag

Beware! I purchased an overstock box during one of their live shows. I was then entered into one of their raffles and won, which was announced during that live show. I was so excited until the “raffle item” was delivered. I was supposed to receive an Apple Watch Series 8; instead I received a regular Target overstock box consisting of 2 Threshold club chair covers. I immediately contacted Opan Bins and they have been unwilling to resolve this issue, stating that the package was delivered, even though I received the wrong item within said package. I reached out immediately after I received the incorrect item and have sent multiple images. I have contacted them multiple times, but have received very little assistance. I’m not sure if this is standard practice, but I would use caution when ordering online from this company.

I love shopping with Opan bins the only hiccup I had was that when I purchase several boxes on one day I will receive the same items in each Box. Since the boxes have the same items I purchased more boxes to receive different items in each box. I would have to say that and the shipping cost is the only problem. You guys rock.

After watching one of your live shows for the first time out of your Bakersfield location, my husband and I knew from the start we were taking a gamble of our purchase being something we like or not. From the start of the ordering process it went smooth. Product came within time stated. It was an entertaining $25 well spent and pleased with the purchase!
