Hello Mark, First of all, thanks for leaving us a great review on Trustpilot! Secondly, thanks for being an awesome Opinions4Good panelist. We hope the surveys you are issued are fun and interesting... and rewarding! In terms of our payout threshold, we understand that it can be hard to reach for some panelists who miss out on the survey opportunities they're invited to take. Our advice is to take surveys often and as quickly as possible after they're issued to you. Hoping you have a great 2020. Best wishes, Ryan B. | Membership Communications Specialist | Opinions4Good

Hello! Thanks for taking the time to give us some feedback. We are always trying to improve our panelist experience. We are working on some platform updates that will allow us to better target our members with survey opportunities relevant to them. However, right now, our average panelist typically qualifies for about 1 in 4 surveys. Keep in mind: the best way to maximize your chances is to respond to survey invitations as quickly as possible! Surveys have sample quotas and once they are filled, the survey closes. In any case, thanks for helping us make our panel awesome! Hello Steve! Thanks for taking the time to submit your feedback. I'd like to personally apologize for your experience. We are currently reworking our targeting strategy to better issue surveys for which our panelists will qualify. On average, our panelists typically qualify for around 1 in 4 surveys. However, there are certain factors that can make qualification more difficult (for example, most of our surveys are related to US markets). If you ever need to update your demographic information (for example, if you moved or your employment status has changed), please email us at [email protected]. This may help you qualify for additional survey opportunities. Please stay tuned for our platform update. Thanks for helping make our panel awesome. And, as always, you can reach me directly with any questions or concerns about your Opinions4Good experience at [email protected]. Best wishes, Ryan | Membership Communications Specialist Opinions4Good

Hi Ladybird! Firstly, I love the name! Secondly, we understand your frustration. We are working to include more survey opportunities for those 55 and older--however, as you've noted, most of our clients require data from younger population samples. We appreciate you helping to make our panel awesome and for giving us feedback on how we're doing! Best wishes, Ryan B. | Membership Communications Specialist

Hello Heather, Thanks for the positive words! We appreciate it. We are legit and we love paying out our panelists every month! And sending our nonprofit charitable partners their quarterly donation checks in the mail. Thanks for helping make our panel great. Have a lovely day, Ryan B. | Membership Communications Specialist Opinions4Good

Hi Cecilia, Thanks for taking the time to give us some feedback. While our average panelist qualifies for about 1 in 4 surveys, there are some exceptions. Clients often need very specific samples which contain criteria of region, gender, income level, education level, and job description--so being screened out is always a possibility! Thanks for sticking with it. We are working on better targeting panelists with surveys for which they'll be more likely to qualify. Stay tuned!
