Susan, waiting this long for your shoe is incredibly frustrating, and I’m so sorry you’re still without it. That’s not the experience we want for you. I’m personally looking into your order right now and will be reaching out to you directly so we can get this resolved quickly and properly. We’ll take care of this. Warmly, Founder, Jessie

Stephen, this made our day. Truly. Hearing that your package arrived and that you’re very pleased — and most of all, that they’re genuinely comfortable — means everything to us. So many of our customers have been searching for relief for a long time, so knowing they’re working well for you is wonderful to hear. And recommending them to your friends? That’s the highest compliment we could receive. Thank you for taking the time to share this. Warmly, Emily, Oobend Customer Care

I ordered online and it was easy and quick. I already know I love the shoes as this order would be my3rd pair.

Denise, your third pair — that says more than we ever could. 💛 It means so much that ordering was easy and quick for you, and even more that you already know and trust how the shoes feel on your feet. When someone comes back for pair number three, that’s real confidence — and we don’t take that lightly. Thank you for being part of the Oobend family. Warmly, Emily, Oobend Customer Care
