Would give a 0 star if I could
Would give a 0 star if I could. STAY AWAY. They will jack all your money. Scammers. I placed one order, and they doubled my order and charged me twice they took $1000 when only one order was placed. When trying to reach out to them they would not respond. So I placed a dispute claim with my bank and filed a lawsuit on them. Go somewhere else you trust. This website is straight scammers just waiting for you to put your bank info in. The products for glp I tested against ones I received from my doctor and they came out to be placebo. They are stealing your money and giving fake products.

They aren't responding to me
They aren't responding to me, haven't received my product. Anyone know if this is normal? its been over 2 weeks.

Based on your second review mentioning product size issues, it appears your order was placed with onyxresearch.shop, not with us. We have no record of any order, email, or interaction from you in our system. We respond to every single customer inquiry without exception. Please double-check the domain where you placed your order. Your issue is with a different company entirely.

Everything worked out, I found what I was looking for
Okay so the customer service will respond to you answer your questions and help you You will get a confirmation email everything is legit it took me 2 weeks to receive My order and everything is sealed and stamped. I was nervous I was a first time customer but I had to take a chance because I needed to get what I wanted so I get it if you're nervous but give it a shot order something small just to get the feel of the whole process then you will be confident and relieved that you have a good source of good quality products. Awesome give

Communication was excellent 👌
Communication was consistent and speedy through out entire transaction. Very professional. Product was exactly as described, professionally sealed and labeled. Haven't tried yet but will be evaluating soon. Shipping was a little shaky at one point but came through in the end.

The staff was extremely communicative…
The staff was extremely communicative with my order and the delivery was top notch. I highly recommend them for your needs. Excellent customer service and their product is top of the line. Delivery was perfect and arrived in a couple of weeks with their tracking system working perfectly. I can’t recommend them enough.
