very serious consider dont buy account from onyx-futures
I purchased 5 Flex accounts in July and traded them using a copier. After becoming eligible for payouts, I found out that I could only request a payout once every 7 days and from one account at a time, instead of separately for each account. Support told me the payout-eligible funds from my other 4 accounts would be moved to my Live account as buffer. After waiting a month, they now say my final Live buffer is only $1,500, and the rest is gone. Very disappointing, especially since I made my decision based on what their support told me.
