I’ve been quite pleased with my relationship with the management service of the trading firm so far. They make trading stable, light fast and trading conditions are excellent for both scalping and long term trading. I was looking to remove emotional investing in dealing with prop firms and this fits that criteria. Onboarding was easy and all questions were promptly answered. Customer service is good and I feel no regrets with my decision to continue with the platform and working with the team. They have been very responsive and I anticipate great things for the future

The experience with having my prop firm accounts managed had been mixed up until recently. One manager almost blew my account and made violations on it. As of recently the manager I can switched do has done exceptionally well it still definitely isn’t as fast as the 14 day pass the advertise but anyone who knows trading should be able to realize that timeline isn’t realistic. The management and support network has always been quick to respond to me and able to answer all questions I had. All in all I would highly recommend to people who don’t have the time to learn and manage there own trading accounts.

They have been good so far. I like the Clear Communication from their Customer Support team. They helped me pass the 1st step of my Prop Firm challenge, and now they will help me with the 2nd step too. So far, so good…I’ll review again when I get my 1st payout from my Prop Firm challenges 😊

In all honesty sooooo many Pros here VS. Cons, The people here are great they are amazingly quick to reply to all your messages clearly, no guessing or smoke amd mirrors here. My experience was longer than most but for good intention. There was an issue with my original account here the trade results were not great out of the gate. I inquired what was the reason of it? They immediately looked into it corrected the issue and then offered me to move to a different platform, to which I agreed from there the results were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING still not quite at payout but close now SOO EXCITING. One Con here in my researching I find they are a little bit expensive with their fees as per industry standard what others are charging. Otherwise company seems legit easy going easy to deal with quick to respond. All in all great experience up to this point ill post again after payout and let you know how the process went.
