The team at Onward Travel are amazing! They really know what they're doing. I wanted a gals weekend away with some friends and had no idea where to even start. Hannah sent some different options for all-inclusives in Cancun and all I had to do was pick my favorite and she took care of the rest! All my friends paid separately, but Hannah handled all payments so I barely had to do a thing. It was the best trip and I will be sending everyone I know to Onward Travel in the future!

We took our children, their spouses and grandchildren (16 people) on an Alaskan cruise. So lots of people, activities and planning. The decision to use a travel agent was the best investment we could have made. Valerie asked lots of questions to understand our needs. Communicated clearly and professionally. Since she had been on an Alaskan cruise, she had many suggestions on excursions-which were excellent. Our family is planning another multi-generational trip to Hawaii and will be contacting Valerie as soon as we agree on dates.

I used Onward Travel to book and plan my family's trip to Cancun and I couldn't be more pleased! Valerie helped plan everything and took all of the thinking out of it for me, which really reduced my stress level. Her resort and activity recommendations were spot on and she was also very professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend Onward Travel and will be using them for my future trips. Thanks Valerie!
