The assessment for this project was larger and more complex than most, but I appreciated that it didn't involve any "leetcode" style coding challenges. I believe that a project is a better way to assess one's abilities than mere coding challenges. The guidance provided for the interview and hiring process was quite helpful in ensuring I was well-prepared.
