StriderReviews of onstrider.com

I was pleasantly surprised by the support that Strider gave me during the process. The mock interview was very valuable to me. The feedback made a lot of sense and allowed me to evolve. This is thanks to the remarkable experience of the success team and the detailed attention they gave to my profile.

The whole experience with Strider has been great! I just had a mock interview with Ana Paula — she’s such a kind person. She guided me in refining my pitch using a clear framework and gave me valuable feedback on how I present my experiences to build a stronger personal brand as a Product Designer. That step was important to help me sharpen my approach before the official interview. I chose to stick with Strider instead of trying several outsourcing platforms, and I don’t regret it.

The mock interview was great. She gave useful feedback to use, not only on interview for this role, but in all roles.

From my own personal experience as a first timer using Strider for an interview process, the entirety of it was really smooth and quick

Every Strider employee that talked to me was great. I appreciate the work put behind it, the whole experience have been amazing. From good people, to clear steps, clear communication and fast resolution. The mock interview was something new but pleasant to me. At the same time, it is something that I believe can be even better - while I received feedback and instructions to how to get better and how the final interview would be, the mock interview was conducted as we do in Brazil (Q&A) but it could be the same as the real interview, an honest talk about the job and capacity, with some questions in there but not only questions. Still, it prepared me well and the interviews with the Company I was applying to went smoothly. As a general feedback, I'd like to say it's hard to believe a platform works this well and is everything most people wish that job searching was - simple, effective, fast and clear.

Excellent analysis and communication from Ana

From the beginning, the information and guidance given by the Stripe team was as clear and objective as possible, which makes the selection process exciting and reliable. The way the mock interview was conducted and the other guidelines were incredible. I highly recommend selection processes carried out by Stripe.

Strider helped me get my first international job, the experience was very exciting. The entire selection process was very smooth, well-structured and straightforward. Ana Paula was very helpful in the intro call, helping me prepare for the official interview. Laura and Camila were incredibly patient in answering all my questions throughout the hiring process. I’m beyond grateful for their support, it was a fantastic experience and I couldn’t be happier!
