Complete thieves, they lie about everything then steal from you. I cancelled my credit card and when I got a new one they back charges me 5 months after lying to me about getting 3 months free when I signed up. Will be filing a criminal complaint against them

By far the worst entity of business. Not only was I charged on two different occasions after cancellation, I was told that even though they charged me two payments of $19.99 I would only be recovering one payment. This is after two of their own representatives stated they would process the refunds and they would reflect In my account within 14 days. This was on 2/23 and it was only today they told me that they issue refunds via check. How about you guys get on the same page with your staff and not have them promising things that are either 1/2 true or just a complete lie. Completely disgusted with this company and their customer service.

I've been waiting for a tow track for eight hours. This is unacceptable; I've never heard of anything like this. Onstar, you should be ashamed of yourselves. I pay each month, and then this happens! I forgot to mention that one employee at the roadside assistance told me that I'm complicated because I called so many times . This is ridiculous!!!!

After the one month trial for my new 2024 Chevy Tahoe High Country lapsed, I purchased the monthly subscription for $44.99. However, it has never connected to the internet again. The wifi hotspot app on the Onstar fails to remain “on” for more than a few seconds. Without exaggeration, I’ve spoken to over one dozen employees at OnStar over three weeks. They tell me their technical support team will investigate the issue and contact me, but nobody contacts me. The rear entertainment system doesn’t work. OnStar provides excellent lip service and never resolves my problem. For 101k, I wish I would have bought another vehicle.

I felt I was talking with a robot, and I talked with. 6 different people, telling same history 6 times, I have to pay for a extra service, and at the end never car been shut down

Service is overpriced and useless. Over 2 month trial I used it once at best. CarPlay and WiFi connection are not possible at the same time, so I mostly use CarPlay. And at the same time as I tried to cancel subscription it required a million hoops to jump.

No answered the phone after 35 minutes on hold and they charged my CC . They are rip off pirates !!!!!

their automated menu is terrible. You have to listen to 1-2 minutes of blah blah blah before talking to a human. Even when you do get a human you get the pre-built script and you may as well have the automated system at their capability. Its terrible
