This company doesn’t give a damn anymore. Useless service

I was going to cancel my plan and the cancelation department said that they would offer me a free month (I would not be billed for the next month) and then the new price would be $19.99 per month after that. Low and behold I got billed. Then I called in to ask why they had no idea, I also told them what the price I was quoted, told them I had a case number for it and they said that there was nothing that they could do and then told me the new price would be $40.00 a month and they had no idea who would have quoted me $19.99 I said I have the case number, and the representatives name and they could listen to the call and hear what was said. The lady on the phone said she had been there for 7 years and that I would have never been offered that price. They are a bunch of scammers in my opinion. They need to train there people better and have someone that can help you instead of telling you how long they have been there.

Since it won’t let me leave zero stars… I had to choose one star. On Star is the worst service on the face of the Earth! Do not waste your money on it! Some vehicles don’t have navigation without it… And I guess for that reason they have you over a barrel! You don’t have any choice, but to use their Wi-Fi so you can have navigation! Your choice… Don’t buy a GM… Go buy a Ford’!!!

What a scam. They sent me a three month trial for remote start. After two calls and talking to two people and their managers, they decided to honour their own promo. They told me they have activated the service on my vehicle. All I received on the app was a slide show showing what the remote service does. Never again and definitely no more GM

Good luck trying to cancel. Transferred multiple times and put on hold each time. Their plan is to mess you around until you give up and just hang up. Wasted service and wasted my time.

I spent an hour with 4 different representatives regarding a sweepstakes I had to spell the word sweepstakes 4 times. They don't even comprehend English. Are these the people that are suppose to be saving me if I get into an accident??? This company is a pos!

I was contacted by OnStar about extending a free trial that I was signed up for by my car dealership. I spoke with two different individuals on two different occasions, and expressed that I did not want to be charged, or extend the service beyond the free trial. I was still charged, I had to spend 45 minutes on the phone to get a refund.

Awful company!!! Most of the time it doesn’t even work!! Never again!
