Zero stars if I could. Absolutely terrible customer service. They don’t actually cancel when you call to cancel your services, and then refuse to give you a full refund. Will never use their services ever again. Do not subscribe under any circumstances!

Customers beware, customer service is terrible and shady. This company will take money from your account even when services are cancelled and hack into your account to get new credit or debit card number to continue to charge. Zero stars is still too generous.

When I bought my new SUV the dealership had me set it up to get my 1 month trial. They set it up under someone else's account so I can't cancel it but I'm the one being charged for it. And while I'm on getting charged for it, my "free" trial, I still got charged $17 & after that $44, even though the plan I chose was a basic $20 plan. Buying a GMC may just be the worst decision I have ever made, and I've made a fair few bad decisions in my time.

Horrible service! I have my data plan through On-Star. I travel often and need to have wifi to make calls. On-Star has canceled my data plan twice without my knowledge, direction or consent, leaving me stranded both times. I dont NOT trust On-Star and looking for another option since they randomly cancel me.

HORRIBLE service. I was locked out my truck and called on Star and waited over 2 hours outside waiting for help. I had to call multiple times to continue to check on service. Never again will I use on Star!

OnStar is a scam!!!! U pay for services u don’t even receive!! They since they have realized they were not correctly servicing my plan I have been waiting on a supervisor to call me back for 3 months!!! I call multiple times a week just for them to leave me on hold for HOURS and tell me a supervisor will call me back!!!! OnStar is not worth it!!!!!!!

This company is a junk mess when trying to cancel its services. Regardless of the increase in the payment, they store your payment information even after changing it on the website. I even called to cancel the service in March, but still charged in April three times and once in May. So I had to call my bank and cancel the card and request a new card just to keep them away from getting my money. I wish I could give them the lowest rating ever. Stay way from them.
