I purchased four Onno hemp shirts in February of 2026. One of the shirts started to come apart after 8 months. It had been worn and washed about ten times, never placed in the dryer. When I contacted the company, I was told that I was outside of the 180 day return policy so they would not do anything about it.

I loved this shirt. I didn't wear it often; I saved it for when I needed a classy t-shirt. I probably washed it no more than 5 times. Front loader, Charlie's Soap, no softener. Most of my clothes never wear out because of the wash. I washed my shirt last week and was stunned to find a hold developing on the front of the shirt. I will probably look for a new favorite t-shirt.

I ordered a couple shirts in different sizes to try. The day I received my order, I tried them on and decided which shirt was the better fit. I reached out to the company to initiate an exchange. They responded immediately and said they would send out the size I want and once received we could begin the return of the other (in case this new one didn’t work out we could do just one return). I received the new shirt and reached out to the company…they told me to donate the shirt that I wanted to return to “someone who could use it in these difficult times”. The shirts have a nice fit and feel to them and appear well made. I have not worn them except to try on. Customer service top notch. Would 100% recommend

Excellent company and excellent service! ONNO T-Shirt Company provided prompt, professional service from start to finish. The quality of the T-shirts is outstanding, and I was very impressed with both the product and how quickly everything was handled. It is refreshing to deal with a company that combines a high quality product with genuinely excellent customer service. I would definitely purchase from ONNO again and highly recommend them!

for the price these guys charge for a product made in India or China, they could do a better job in packaging rather than just shove t-shirts in a post office envelop and ship it USPS. I guess this is how things are done in Boulder CO

They provide phone numbers on their web site, neither number is working, one rings and rings one disconnects before ringing. After sending multiple emails requesting a phone conversation, they are not able to phone me. BAD LOOK
