Ordered a 12 pack of bandanas last week, never got a confirmation number for my order, tried emailing never got a reply.....still waiting

I've ordered from this company before and had a great experience.....good service and good quality of product, but this time was unfortunately different. The solid olive color bandanas I purchased basically unravelled at the seams after I washed them for the first time. Very disappointed with the quality of these bandanas. I hope the company realizes the very poor product they are selling with these particular bandanas and stops selling them immediately.

I enjoyed the bandanas I recieved, but I ended up having to go several stores to find the colors I needed because the web showed IN STOCK and they were actually OUT OF STOCK. When the rep (Michelle) emailed to inform me that they were refunding my money, I asked for an updated bill and she was rude and didn't honor my request. I'll probably take my business elsewhere because I need bandanas for a semi annual event and I think I deserve to be treated a tad bit better.

I ordered a couple of bandanas about a month ago and still have not received any of them. I tried tracking my confirmation number but it tells me that the tracking information is unavailable.... I will not be ordering from this company again and I do not recommend this company to anyone. Luckily I did not have a special occasion that I needed these bandanas or I would be even more upset!

Your email states "If you received your order and it came as expected, please let us know by leaving seller feedback. " well mine did not come as expected . It was awful! I ordered these bandanas for a certain event coming up and I didn't get my order until after the event . I had placed my order sept 27 and I didn't receive it until the weekend of Oct 12th. I will never order from this place again !

I sent 2 e-mails and sent in a question to the online help, and received no response...I will never do business with this company again...

I ordered three bandanas and was told they were in stock. I received only two and got no explaination as to the third one. After e-mailing to inquire, I had to wait several days for an answer which was very curt. I was only told that it looked like my account had been credited. After attempting to reach them again to ask if I would receive my third bandana when it came back in stock or if I would need to re-order, the answer was that I had been told my account looked as if it had been credited. To this day, I have heard nothing else. I will never do business with this company again and would advise anyone else to steer clear of them. Absolute worst customer service ever!!!

I ordered several bandanas that were "in stock". Received an auto response via email. More than a week passed, I contacted the customer service number. I could not reach a person and had left 3 voice messages with no return call. I then left messages via email on the site. Got one response telling me that the order number was incorrect. The order number I received via auto response via email--"was incorrect". I then left a fourth voice mail stating that I ordered the items for an upcoming gig and was concerned they would not get to me on time. My order was somehow "misplaced" and it was on its way. Lousy customer service, If you order a pre=tied bandana your head better not be larger than a child. Poor rating from me, and I do not recommend this company.
