Needed a fanless PC with some weird capabilities and they came through perfectly. It had been running since I ran OS install with no problems whatsoever. Totally worth it.

Called to see if the last order was correct (before assembly and delivery) due to difference compared to earlier orders. Also immediately delivered a new component after we contacted them as one mounted component differed from the ordered one (we also got to keep the one we we first got).

Great support. We had a problem with an industrial PC they supplied (not their fault). Their telephone support was very good. We had to order a replacement which they turned around very quickly. I will be using them again.
