OWD has the best customer service and top notch products! If anything goes left with your order, they will do their best to service you in a meaningful way, however don't take advantage of their care! I've been referring anyone interested in OWD's direction even after one of my products broke because their attention to detail and friendly vibes were evident from day one. And to my surprise they remedied that mishap without a hitch! Delivery is so speedy, and orders are logged and recorded so it's easy to know what you've tried already. Their website descriptions are newbie friendly as well! I am so glad I found OWD. Definitely a must try!

This is probably my 6th purchase from this site now and every time the experience and quality is always the same if not better! My products are on time if not a few days earlier and the support and service is top notch! You will always hear from your budtender after the purchase and after the delivery just to make sure it was to your satisfaction, not to mention while you are deciding on what to buy! I always look forward to the free random preroll thrown in on every purchase as well! This site rotates product quickly so that is my only complaint if any, I purchase a lot of the deals and sometimes they are just out of stock for a good while before the next ones hit the shelves again! Just be aware of limited product but don’t worry, they will email with new drops and products while you are patiently waiting! Always great and I will recommend this platform for anyone

I have ordered from you guys multiple times and I have never had an issue with my products or delivery. Everything is always neatly, securely, and discreetly packaged. I had an issue that was NOT your fault and you guys were prompt and helpful in response to my concerns and emails. The product is as also great! I tried the plug play vape for the first time and it didn’t disappoint and of course the bud was quality as always.
