Not possibleto contact themat all, especially from the UK. They operate according to Australian timings with little consideration for UK families. We even tried contacting them at around 9 p.m. Australian time, but they had already switched off. If you’re considering this madrasa from the UK, think twice. The teaching is also limited,focusing mainly on Quran reading without covering duas, basic Islamic teachings, or everyday do’s and don’ts. Timekeeping of the teacher is another issue, and overall we found the experience disappointing.

I can't review with no star. That's why I gave one star. Sometimes I think they are like scam. So many telephone numbers. No idea which is the right one. Never been able to speak to a human. So many "Online Madrasa" with different logo, different numbers. One of the websites, it says 24 hours support but I called it's Australia number at 12 pm UK time, not answered. I'm so disgruntled. So zero star and not recommending.
