Large orders and customer service
I have been ordering from this company since 2023. I have placed both large and small orders and can confidently say that buying small is the only way to go with them. When I have bought two different kinds of fabric, three yards each, for example, the package will arrive on time. When it comes to large orders, I have had nothing but issues. The most common issues I face are back orders that are not stated at first. They will also sometimes ship one fabric at a time and won't tell you when the rest of your order will ship. The only way to get this information is when you ask their AI customer service, which can either be a useful tool for solving your issue or a back-and-forth game for information. Overall, while I have gotten very good quality fabric from this company, I do not think they are very organized.
