Great way to get a doctor note and it was super fast

I had the best experience with this place. I had recieved a doctors note and sent it to my employer and they sent back that they didnt have enough information. I panicked and I didnt know if they could do anything about that. My job gave me a document to send to them to fill out and I emailed them and they said yes we can do that no problem. They filled it out within a day and I sent it to my employer and it was fixed. They were so kind and helpful. Great place for doctors notes!
