Overall the service is adequate but the website is a right mess. It takes too long to find things. But most of all the site is way too busy and convoluted.

I ordered $1000 advertising package and when I click the link to see what the status is, the link is broken. I have no idea what the next steps are on this campaign?

I feel that the company is honest, and makes a strong effort to be so. Yeah, it costs money, as does almost everything in this world. But something truthful filters through. I doubt you'll go wrong here, whatever you're looking for.

Update - the following have now been dealt with so it's 5 out of 5 from me. What one editor passes as ok in a review another one won't, there is no strict standard for editing only reviewing. It also takes a while to get paid once you get to paid reviews!

very comprehensive system

Still being a layman in IT-related technology, I find some of your website functions somewhat complicated. But I hope I would master them sometime in the near future.

love the easy access to books. peoples reviews of books has opened my eyes to books I wouldn't have picked up before. I enjoy reviewing stories to help others choose a good read.

Easy to use and good exposure for my book.
