My book, Love in Words and Music, was book-of-the-day April 12th. The OBC did a fantastic job with the presentation and postings on many social media platforms. I couldn't be happier about it. Book promotion is always a crapshoot, but the OBC delivers bang for the buck in reaching its intended audience.

My experience with the app:
My experience with the app:
- User experience is non-existent. Navigating the website is torture
- It took them over 2 months to evaluate my review. Only after I contacted them, they provided a feedback
- Even though the review adheres to the guidelines, they deducted points for everything without providing any examples
Definitely would not spend my time reading subpar books for free. Do not bother.

Hi, Natalya,
This is Scott, the owner and creator of OnlineBookClub.org. As you probably know, I created OnlineBookClub.org myself over 18 years ago, and I work at it every single day, 365 days a year, to make it the best it can be.
Please do give me a chance to work hard to go above and beyond to more than resolve any and all issues and concerns you may have.
Please email me at:

Remember: OnlineBookClub offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee with all of our packages and services.
I look forward to hearing from you and to working hard to go above and beyond to not only fix any issues or concerns you may have.
Thank you,
Scott

The best club I've ever belonged to.
There's a lot to learn here as you interact with other members through reviews and comments, through reading books from different readers and the encouragement given by Scott.

Need Kindle Unlimited and be spending over $50 a year at Amazon to review. They now demand your ID, they use to allow you to review for them without one.
I was looking for ways to make a little extra money and I read about reviewing books for cash. Just a buck here a buck there but hey free books to leave a review yes, please. This site showed up a lot and seemed to have good reviews so I signed up and joined. There is a lot of rules such as making note of any swear words, any adult content, any misspellings, and so on. No problem. You also need to submit a few reviews before getting paid. Again no problem. I start looking for a book, I find an interesting one and I read and review it. Come to find out that book was a Unicorn on this website. What do I mean? That book was a rare find. If you want to review most books you have to have a Kindle Unlimited subscription. Why because most books are only free on Kindle Unlimited. For those that are not, and offer you the book for free without the subscription, requires you to post a review on Amazon. Now for a person who buys a lot of stuff on Amazon, this is not a problem. However, if most of what you "buy" from Amazon is free Kindle books you are out of luck. Why? Because to review anything on Amazon you have to spend over $50 a year. To some people, $50 is a lot of money and they can't afford to spend that on Amazon. In the end, you are left with maybe one book every few months you will be able to review. Meaning it will take a couple of months at least before you can even earn anything on onlinebookclub. Nice concept they just need to work out the problems.
update: changing the score because the site has only gotten worse, and the owner tried to have my review removed because I only spoke the truth. Only when Trustpilot realized my review did not contain defamatory content and reposted my review did the owner "try" to reach out. I just noticed after reading a bunch of reviews, all the other low scores for this site everyone gets the same copy-pasted answer from "Scott". If they do want to work hard and prove that their company is so great, a copy-pasted replay to everyone is not how to do it. Someone who is getting flagged and banned for AI generation when they didn't use AI at all, people getting banned and not refunded after they paid for a book, or even people finding the ID requirement suspicious and unsafe are all going to need to be talked to in a different manner and with different words. An owner of a legit site where you have strict reviewing guidelines would know this.
Also a bit of an update to the site as well. Shortly after posting this review, the rules were updated to include the fact that you had to give them your ID to review for them anymore. I asked them why they did this only after I pointed out that there were NO books to review without buying the books or having Kindle Unlimited. They acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. They refused to talk to me until I changed one of my settings and because I updated my settings they happily told me to get bent and made it to where I could not review on their site anymore even if I was able to find another "unicorn" to review.
I would gladly give this site a negative rating if I could with how the company has treated me and others. I hope those of you who are in the same boat as me and looking to get a few extra dollars a month by reading and reviewing books do not make the same mistake I did and try to stick it out with this company in hopes of things getting better. Good luck finding a company to work for.

Hi,
I think you have us confused with someone else.
You absolutely do NOT need Kindle Unlimited to get paid review books on our website.
However, if you are sure you don't have us confused with someone else, please simply email me at:
[email protected]
and then I will go above and beyond to do whatever is needed to make everything more than right for you.
I pay thousands of dollars per week to have a 24/7 customer support staff working 24/7 to make sure all 5 million plus of our members can get fast high quality support anytime they even the slightest issue, so if the team I am paying thousands of dollars per week to provide that allegedly ultra-high quality support is not providing it then I will not only want to go above and beyond to fix this for you but work with you to get my support team fixed, or at least stop paying them if they aren't doing the job.
Of course, I'd more than reimburse for any time it takes you to help me fix such an issue, as it would save me tons of money considering how much it costs to have an in-house custom dedicated 24/7 customer support team, which I do.
Thank you,
Scott

Mi experiencia con ellos fue terrible
My account was banned without further explanation, it is almost impossible to contact their customer service and I didn't get help in their Facebook group either.

Onlinebookclub.org is the real thing!
In one day my book "Gravnick" went from obscurity to number one on Amazon. What could be better? Onlinebookclub.org is 5-star all the way.
