Scam company. Ordered a Ninja AF300 air fryer on 12 Jan. Issued with tracking ref from a fake courier company (bestonline) for delivery on 30 Jan. Reported to credit card co for refund plus trading standards and gov fraud website. Co no not registered at Companies House and its two phone numbers are fake. It is associated with a company called Carp4less Ltd which is trading and the sole director is Ivan Tsvetanov of Unit 7, Deadbrook Lane, Aldershot, GU12 4UH. It is also affiliated with other fake websites, all giving their office base in Preston - a Preston location is on my credit card statement.

The air fryer I ordered didn’t arrive. Initially I was able to engage by emailing them but then they stopped responding.

Terrible no air fryer still not arrived

They are a scam company. They email you the shipping date and it never turns up. I order an air fryer on 03/01. The delivery date 19th Jan - never turned up. don't reply to emails and the phone numbers are not connected. Reported through bank.

As previous people have said, this site appears to be a scam. I too bought an air fryer that has never arrived. Not contact via email or phone and the 'courier' hasn't responded either. Ordered 6th Jan and was supposed to arrive on the 23rd.

Can't put zero! I have also been scammed as ordered a washing machine in early January for my very elderly mother so that her carers could use it as the previous one had broken down. A tracking number was issued for bestonlinecourier service which continues to have a status of 'On the Way' even though the estimated delivery date is long gone.

If I could do no stars I would, airfryer, ordered on 7th Jan, supposed to be delivered on 25th Jan, no response, no phone connection from OnlineApplianceStore. Paid for with debit card. Just logged a claim with Nationwide ref getting money back via Visa. Clearly a scam company. Hope it gets a positive outcome.

Ordered fringe freezer on 9th January. Delivery advised 26th January. Never received. No reply to e mails and phone not connecting. SCAM COMPANY Reported to police fraud and trading standards. Credit card company will reimburse me. Website needs to be shut down.
