I learned about this company while exploring options for naltrexone. Their advertising is misleading. Dr Sarah isn’t real. You’re simply sent into a pool of nurses. Do your research.

Hi Adams, A couple of the statements in your review are simply inaccurate. Every patient at Onir is evaluated by a licensed U.S. physician—not a "pool of nurses"—before any treatment is prescribed. We believe it's important to correct the record for anyone reading this. You also state that you "learned about this company while exploring options for naltrexone." However, Onir did not launch until June 2026. Your Trustpilot profile contains only one other review, for a competitor, posted in September 2025—roughly nine months before Onir even existed. Those facts simply don't align with your description of how you came across our company. If you did interact with Onir & genuinely believe we are not acting in the best interest of our patients, I would sincerely appreciate the opportunity to investigate. Please send me an email directly at [email protected] Jeff Co-founder, Onir Health
