We recently used OWR for an event requiring multiple different types of hardware alongside some of our own bespoke software. This has proven difficult for providers to assist with in the past but OWR were extremely professional, knowledgeable and attentive to our needs from the outset. The equipment arrived on time, was in excellent condition, and worked flawlessly throughout the event. Their support team was knowledgeable and on hand to assist with any queries. This took a lot of stress out of the process, allowing us to focus on delivering a great event for our customers without worrying about what was happening in the background.
