CASH PLEASE LOAN
Selective when it comes to cash please and not consistent when you apply based on account activity and minimum account deposit $200 which understand but how you handle account activity if you paying your bills consistent or not If aperson has well over 2500 monthly 0

Thank you for sharing your feedback. The CashPlease loan amount varies (from $200 to $1,000 dollars) based on your individual checking account activity. There is no credit check. To be eligible, you must be at least 18 years of age and your checking account must be active (with recurring deposits and usage) and in good standing for more than 30 days. The email associated with your account must also be active. However, applying does not guarantee that you will be given a loan. The more active your checking account is, the more likely you will be given a CashPlease loan. Examples of activity include: *Direct Deposit and 2 Daty Early Pay *Adding money through Funds Transfers *Having recurring deposits If you are notified on the website that you are not eligible for a loan, please wait at least 30 days before applying again. If you have additional questions, please call Customer Care at 877-663-8648 from 9 AM - 8 PM ET Monday-Friday. We appreciate your interest and encourage you to apply again in the future.

Fee charges
It is very difficult to get correct information on whatscneeded to avoid a monthly fee. It's also difficult to close out the account.

No card…
Maryann did an excellent job assisting me on my concerns with my debit card replacement, she confirmed my demographics and let me know when my new card would arrive. Unfortunately this was the 3rd time of me calling for the same request. My debit card expired in May and I didn’t receive a replacement card. I was sent a digital card in June that expired in July and nothing else after. I called back to inquire when the card was sent to discover it had not been mailed and would have to wait an additional 7-10 business days for my new card. I asked who could expedite the card’s delivery and was advised it would an additional $50 to do so. I still don’t understand how there was no other option to resolve the issue especially cl since this was my 3rd time calling on the same issue.

Extended time for mobile deposits
Although I know mobile deposits can take longer than five (5) days, which seems like a long time in general, I’m frustrated to have been informed that my mobile deposit will take eight (8) business days. When I left my previous bank for OneUnited, it only took three (3) days. Is this the new normal for banks?

I love the customer service
I love the customer service. I don’t like having to wait 25 days to pay down my credit card bill. I hard to pay, I wish that this was an easier process.
