Kundenservice miserabel. Anfragemaske erfragt die Mobiltelefonnummer, läßt aber nicht die gesamte Ziffernfolge zu. Chat funktioniert nicht. Kann Fragen nicht verstehen.

I often have to go through several verio test strips with this Onetouch Verioflex meter because I get error messages or it just doesn't give me any reading at all. This meter is terrible. Really hard to even read the outputs, and the serial number is so, so tiny that I had trouble giving it to their customer service person when I contacted the company by phone. Spent 20 minutes with their customer service person on how to get accurate results and the thing to work -- all of which I already knew and did.

I have been using Verio Reflect One touch meter for over a year. I am going to stop using it because I use so many test strips because if you don't get the blood in the test strip just the right way, you get an error message and the strip is now useless. This happens frequently with this product. I see that Verio does not respond to customers reviews so I guess they just don't care. Very poor product.

OneTouch is manipulating product reviews on their site to remove negative reviews and show only 5-star reviews. Product reviews from OneTouch.com are cross-posted to Walgreens.com and you can see both negative and positive reviews on the Walgreens site that are noted as "Originally posted on OneTouch". However, only the 5-star reviews appear the OneTouch site, the negative reviews are missing. For example, OneTouch Verio Flex meter has a 3.7-star review on Walgreens.com and a 5-star review on OneTouch.com.
