Not a good fit for eBay sellers. Their products are mostly unbranded and not competitively priced. Their customer service was very responsive- until I asked for a refund for my membership fee, then- crickets. They seem to deliver on what they offer, which is why Salehoo has them as a trusted vendor, but what they offer isn't something of real value.

really bad experience, the supplier doesn t have software that manage the inventory, i listed an item on amazon, then when i got a sell i bought the article from them website to dropship, the after 6 hours they refund me telling me that the article is out of stock. they have no ERP (Entreprise ressources planner) to manage them inventory. so i was stuck and i cancelled order in my seller account, and this impact negatively your metrics. avoid this supplier he is really the worst experience i had in Ecom.
