The support is bad, products detected.
The support staff is agresive and gaslight customer "your own fault" "you dont know" "not us, you" etc the software they are selling will get you baned. All they care is money.

Support is rough, site is professional and nice.
Service wise- the website and getting the key was very easy and automated. Clean website and everything looked very professional. However- I was having a slight issue with a product and as a last resort ditch effort I opened a support ticket, and I got met with a "what do you want me to do?" answer. I understand if there's nothing you can do however there's a little bit of a nicer way to go about it.. lol. Regardless! Product works and I recommend the store just be careful if you have an issue and don't wanna be shamed for just asking a question and trying to get help.
