The young lady that helped me was so professional and sweet as ever. Its so hard to get people on tge phone who actually sound like they actually care about helping. I did customer service for 20 yrs so I know how important it is. So thank you for loving your job. UPDATE! OneStep meets and exceeds expectations! After OneStep's recent software update we had some internal challenges navigating how the platform works. The HelpDesk was very quick in their responses, provided direction, and solutions to every challenge we faced.
