One Step SoftwareReviews of onestepsoftware.com

The team is communicative and punctual. They listened intently to every request and question I had and promptly came up with solutions. They have been a huge help and know we're in good hands forward working with them

I had everything answered that I needed help with. And ended up finding out more information on how to utilize the app fully.

I was able to get my questions answered and she even helped walk me through several other issues I was having and gave me pointers on how to better use their system as I'm new and learning.

Great service

Every time I had a question or issue it was addressed and resolved very promptly. My interactions were always pleasant and professionalism and kindness were always consistent.

I recently onboarded with One Step while launching my sober living program, Rewired Realities, and overall I've had a great experience. The onboarding was straightforward, the support team has been responsive, and the pricing is excellent compared to many other software options in the industry. The platform has helped me organize resident information, documentation, forms, accountability, and other day-to-day operations in one place, which has been a huge benefit. The only area I'd like to see improved is the speed at which some updates sync. For example, check-ins don't always update immediately on the backend. That said, I believe this may be related to phone or internet connectivity rather than the software itself, and it hasn't been a major issue. Overall, I'm very happy with One Step and would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable, well-designed solution for managing a sober living or recovery housing program. I look forward to seeing the platform continue to grow and improve.

OneStep has made managing our organization so much easier. The forms are simple, everything is organized, and it saves us a lot of time. It's been a great tool for keeping our operations running smoothly. Highly recommend!
