One Step GPSReviews of onestepgps.com

We have been using One Step GPS for several years and it has been a great experience. I like being able to pull reports on the vehicles and know where they are at all times. A trusted system that we have had excellent experience with.

We have been using One Step GPS for several years now to keep track of my fleet of delivery vehicles. What can I say, but I can't imagine doing business without them! They always work, the price is fair, and the people are great!!

I became aware of the One Step after a family member who had it got their car stolen. We tracked it straight to the thief’s home and called the police. I was in a huge mall and forgot the entrance I used coming in. Looked at my One Step app and instantly realized my location and the fastest way to my car.

I use One Step GPS for my Turo fleet. I have been a client for almost 2 years. I started with a couple units an kept adding. This is a great product for my business. I do not need to constantly track my fleet but for sure I am interested to locate any car when needed and I also get notification when a guest does fast acceleration or har braking. The system has much more capabilities but I only get what I need. I have many stories to share but having this device in my cars saved me enough money on several occasions. I recall 2 separate similar incidents where a guest gets arrested for speeding or something else and I manage to locate the car and release it from storage lots before it gets a lien and auctioned

The service overall is good. If there is an issue with a device, they send a replacement. Customer service can customize the settings on the units.

For a Tech based company, their service is excellent and literally no glitches for me for almost 10 years now. Also, their customer service is easily accessible, with a live human being. That's very important to me.

We have used One Step for a couple of years. The service is 100% reliable. It allows us to see where our vans are at all times, and allows us to have windshield views along with inside vehicle views. We have had a couple complaints on drivers exceeding the speed limit, etc., and we are able to bring up video and see if the complaint was on target so it can be addressed with our driver.

The site works great, easy to track the trucks, and can do different reports if wanted. We really like the fact of no contract, and the set price per month is fair. Just send the device back when your done with it. No pressure on sales part, very easy to add another device. Have been with them now for 2 years plus.
