I have been working in Brazil for one year and have had all kinds of trouble to get SIM cards and recharge them locally without a government issued ID. I wasted so much money. I love the Onesimcard. Whether Brazil or Japan. I don't have to worry about not being able to call the office when my company's agent or driver doesn't show at 11 o'clock at night to pick me up at the airport or there is some problem getting to the job site. I purchased my OneSimCard from a local retailer and it turned out that that particular sim card was faulty (which happens very rarely, I understand). The OneSimCard live chat was excellent and the local retailer replaced the faulty card without question. The new card was activated and my dollar amount on the first card was transferred to the new one within a couple of minutes. The best test of customer service is when there's a problem and in this case OneSimCard customer services clearly gets 5 stars.
