The board has worked very well for our application and operations. Support has been very quick to respond when questions have come up.

1. Online power-on test Mainly based on its model or working state to determine the voltage across the pin, such as diodes and rectifier bridges have a tube voltage drop, and the triode should judge the emitter junction voltage or collector voltage according to its working state. 2, offline measurement in the case of power failure, remove the components, measure the unidirectional conduction characteristics of the diode and rectifier bridge, and measure the quality of the triode with the basic amplifier circuit of the triode.

We purchased one smart board,it was delivered damaged, we received very little assistance with the issue. Someone eventually returned our calls and it was replaced with another damaged board. We had to get a third smart board and so far everything has been fine. We had to pay for three installations and two removals, which was extremely expensive and the company was not willing to compensate us for any of the expense. We are looking to purchase another smart board but we will not be making the purchase with this company.

Hello Boys and Girls Club, thank you for your candid feedback. We absolutely dropped the ball. Our own internal miscommunication regarding policies for damaged product led to a very poor experience on your part. If we haven't said it before now, we apologize for the time and expense incurred by Boys and Girls Club. Your Account Representative, Roy, will contact you as we are hopeful that you might give us another opportunity to do right by you. We want to earn your trust and the chance for your team to experience the commitment we have to reliable customer support and our products.

The OneScreen is working great. Perhaps even more impressive is the training support, technical support and sending of replacement hardware after damage I myself caused. Great product. Great team of people.

I feel it is very hard to navigate and I can not get my smart board items that worked on an old smart board to work on the onescreen. I was told they are compatible with the right software, which we purchased.
