Extremely bad Company.
Our daughters - and friend - had booked 2 tickets for New Year Eve Canal Cruise (Lower deck) and paid AED 1.798,00 on 29th of December 2021. (Boarding time 21:15-22:00 PM and departure 23:00 PM) When they arrived there was no place for them on the boat and they were turned away. You have COMPLETELY ruined their New Years Eve - it is such bad customer service!! Please return their money immediately. They have travelled all the way to Dubai for New Years Eve. We have Contacted the Bank January 1. You promissed, that you would pay the money back, to Them. Please comfirm. Best regard Karina Pedersen
