OneNeighborReviews of oneneighbor.com

Grass is scalped by the scythe. Regarding cleanup, he performed inadequately. Furthermore, upon terminating the service, I am promptly billed $30.00 for an unnecessary charge. They are free to retain the $30. Perhaps these negative evaluations will put them out of business eventually.

Good concept/EPIC FAIL‼️OneNeighbor hires crews that are highly incompetent AND don’t ShowUp or make up lies to avoid mowing your lawn. Check BBB and read complaints!! Pay same price and book yourself or waste your money here. 1) Bad 2) No Shows I’m legally CANCELLING!

So, took about 3 weeks or so for someone to come out. Once someone actually comes, he decides to mow my neighbors grass that was 12 inches high so they could charge the long grass fee. Then, he failed to mow the edges. Paid 125 because their first assigned guy had 'equipment' issues then scheduled the next almost another week thereafter. Either buy your lawnmower, or get an actual individual bc neither Lawnstarter, nor One neighbor is worth it.

One neighbor makes very difficult for the customer to cancel the services. That the way they do business.

Same here first cut was suppose to be 18.99 they charged me 42.00 gave me some lame excuse about the date I chose. The customer service is awful, they will do anything to keep your money. I reached out to my credit card company for a resolution. They missed a whole section on my grass. just pitiful

Well, first maybe you need more provider's for your company. Second, how do you stay afloat when the lawn mowing jobs get cancelled repeatedly and last maybe you need to pay the peeps doing the work more for incentive to get the job done.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Their lawn crews will cancel and reschedule more than they’ll actually show up to cut your lawn. Then when you complain about it, you just get the runaround from their service staff

This company is a fraud company, I had initially been promised a first service cost of $18.99, but I was ultimately charged $60, they justified this higher charge by citing tall grass and lot size exceeding 10,000 square feet, even though my lot size is actually 9,496 square feet according to Zillow. To make matters worse, when I decided to cancel the service, an additional $30 was charged. As a result, I have already paid a total of $90 thus far. Please ensure you are fully aware of the implications before signing on with OneNeighbo. ------after back-and-forth emails they ended up returning my $30 as they charged me for cancelation.
