This Company is a joke but the worst part is that Ticket Master still affiliated with them to make people buy the VIP packages. What in the world!! Ticket Master is the main problem here! because they took the money for the packages and them leave us in the air with this POS company One more time VIP. Many people are complaining about not receiving anything. I am guessing Ticket master is wanting for a lawsuit or what?

Paid for 2 VIP packages for the Wu-Tang Clan Brussels and really looked forward to this because all was paid via ticketmaster. Little did we know trouble was just around the corner. A few weeks before the show an email was received stating not all merch cloud be delivered before the show. Fair enough. When asking (via mail) when the merch should arrive, same (bot) answer. Tried 2 times resending the same mail and finally someone felt like working and replied with a mail stating “working on it”. A few weeks later out of nowhere a message from a carrier service we should recieve a package. We did received a package but here is where the real fun began. Pourly packed (plastic bag) and the tour”poster” was a 12 inch cardboard thing that wasn’t even packed well stuffed in a plastic bag … result totally damaged! Mailed to this worthless company, again bot answer but also a reply from the company stating they would resend the damaged goods. You would think “life saver”. Nope. The package is never delivered, as we speak. Mailing for more decent information and details all that was stated in the reply “the package was delivered on day X” when asking for more details they just can’t give you decent proof of the delivery and start some key account sale BS talk with you. Finnaly went via ticketmaster, immediately a decent reply with solution. One more time vip, hope my money is well spend for this overpriced package but I wish you all the trouble life can give.

Paid a substantial amount for a VIP package for the Wu-Tang Clan Zurich show on 12 March and the overall experience with One More Time VIP was extremely disappointing. The merchandise took months (3 total) to arrive and required, not for the lack of repeated chasing and follow-ups with little clarity or accountability throughout. In the time it took for the package to arrive, my husband and I relocated continents and received our full international household shipment in Asia before the VIP merchandise finally turned up. Unfortunately, the actual merchandise quality was also very underwhelming for the price paid. The “VIP pass” and memorabilia felt cheaply produced, and the clothing quality did not reflect what would reasonably be expected from a premium VIP experience. Whilst the package was ultimately delivered, the overall experience did not justify the cost, delay, or effort required to obtain it. Based on this experience, I would not purchase or recommend any VIP packages managed through One More Time VIP nor their packages managed through Live Nation, Ticketmaster.

I have written this vendor many times and have not received a sincere reply. Only a bot telling me a detailed email is on the way. The show I have an expensive meet&greet package is tomorrow and this company selling VIP packages is non responsive. I will sue them if I do not get what I paid for.

What this company does to the customers is unacceptable, illegal and worth a lawsuite. I paid 350 swiss francs per ticket to see Wu Tang Clan in Zurich as a VIP guest. Except the promised places nothing of the purchased extras where delivered. No vip merch delicered till today (concert was almost 2 month ago) Avoid buying service from this company except if you want to loose money. I am filing a lawsuite in the next days.

Where do I begin. On March 20th I attended to Boys4life tour upon arriving on time I had to stand outside past the time of entry as OneMoreTimeVIP was running late. Finally in and past security I along with 35+ fans was told we couldn’t leave the building even though the show didn’t start until another three hours. Not to mention there was no food, no water or snacks. One I was told the meet and greet was starting, I long with the other 35+ fans waited in line. Prior to the meet and greet a woman from One More Time VIP informed us all of “new rules” her new rules were:we couldn’t ask for a hug, autograph or any other social media post such as Snapchat and couldn’t ask him anything outside from a hi or hello. We were informed if we didn’t follow her rules we would be escorted out. We also were informed she would be the one taking either a photo or a video (only one). I informed her that this isn’t fair and that I’ve watched other meet and greets in other cities get better treatment. She laughed. Once I got back my phone from the meet and greet I noticed my video was set to Live Photos. When I asked if they can be retaken I was informed no because One More Time was running late and the next group needed there meet and greet done.

Almost 800 euros for 2 VIP Packages with goodies and they told me "We will send you the packages at home after we send you a redeem code by email". For the moment I never received the email and no VIP Packages at all, and the show is tonight... I'm really hangry about this situation.

ETA 2/19/26: After filing a complaint with the BBB and Ticketmaster, they shipped and we received our missing VIP package. Coincidence? Not sure. But we received what we paid for. So case closed. Show was December 2025. Still no VIP merchandise. Anyone have any luck getting refunded for the VIP portion? This is same scripted email responses everytime. "We sincerely apologize for the extended delay in getting your VIP merchandise to you. We understand how frustrating this situation is, especially as the excitement of the show has passed and the merchandise may feel less special weeks after the event. Please know that we are working hard to get your items to you. We have been facing several challenges, including long shipment times, production issues, and delayed communications with our warehouse. Despite these obstacles, we are doing everything we can to ensure you receive your VIP package as soon as possible. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. Your support means a lot to us, and we are committed to getting you your VIP items."
