When I contacted the company, I received an email with a number to call. I have to admit I was a bit leery but found there was no need to be. I was put in contact with Steven and he was wonderful to work with going above and beyond with additional helpful information. I then received a follow up call from his manager and again he was professional and friendly. My experience this far with this company is that they truly are trying to help people without having to go down the PayDay loan route. It was definitely worth my time to call. Thank you Steven!
